Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the GREENleap Gin online shop.

By using our website, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions, including the policies referred to herein.

This website is managed by CR Distillery – Unipessoal, Lda., which provides all the information, tools and services available on it, subject to your acceptance of all the terms, conditions, policies and notices set out here.

Age limit

By accepting these terms and conditions, you declare that you are at least 18 years old, or the minimum legal age to buy and consume alcoholic beverages in your country of residence, if that age is higher. The sale of alcoholic beverages to minors is prohibited. When entering our website, you must confirm that you are of legal drinking age. If you are under the legal age, you must leave this website immediately. The carrier may ask for proof of age on delivery.

General conditions

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any part of our service, use of the service or access to the service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without our express written permission.

The content of the GREENleap Gin website is the intellectual property of CR Distillery – Unipessoal, Lda. and may not be copied or reproduced.

Price and price change

Prices are quoted in Euros including VAT at the legal rate in force.

The prices of our products are subject to change without prior notice.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product (or any part or content thereof) at any time, without prior notice. The price that applies to your order is the one shown at the time the order is placed.

Products

Our products may be available in limited quantities and may only be returned or exchanged in accordance with our return policy.

Product descriptions are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

CR Distillery reserves the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Account information and invoicing

You agree to provide up-to-date and complete information when placing an order in our online shop, including your name, delivery address and e-mail address. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers, and GREENleap Gin does not store your card details.

Misuse

The contents available on this website, such as texts, images, photographs, videos and other information, are the property of the GREENleap Gin brand.

The publication, manipulation, distribution and/or reproduction, in any format, of the contents, or copies thereof, available on the site, for professional or commercial use is not permitted.

Displaying the GREENleap Gin website or its content within another website (framing or inline linking) is not permitted without our written permission.

Personal information

The sending of personal information via the online shop is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Applicable law

The terms and conditions or any agreement made shall be governed by and construed in accordance with current Portuguese law.

Shipping, Transport and Returns

Processing

We will do our utmost to dispatch orders within 24 working hours of validating the purchase.

Deliveries are made by our logistics partners Nacex, MRW and CTT within a minimum of 24 hours and a maximum of 48 hours, during office hours. 

For all purchases made in the GREENleap Gin online shop, the customer can request free delivery from €60 of purchases, for Continental Portugal.

We guarantee delivery only to the address provided. The details on the invoice are the sole responsibility of the User.

If the parcel is not received, in the case of an absent recipient, incorrect address and/or impossibility of contact, there may be a second attempt at delivery and/or telephone contact – without this being a mandatory condition on the part of the carrier.

Delivery time to Europe

Orders are delivered within 3-15 working days, depending on the destination. However, delays may occur due to weather conditions, transport, product availability or festive periods, public holidays or other events.

Guarantees and return policy (online purchases)

This return policy applies only to purchases made in the GREENleap Gin online shop at greenleapgin.com.

In accordance with Decree-Law no. 24/2014 of 14 February, you may withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To do so, notify CR Distillery of your decision by email to info@greenleapgin.com, stating your order number.

Returns are only accepted for bottles that are unopened, with the seal intact and in their original packaging. Products must be properly packed, with the protections sent, to guarantee safe transport. Opened bottles and packaging that has been tampered with or damaged, including during return transport, will not be accepted.

The cost of returning the product(s) is borne by the customer.

If your order arrives broken or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@greenleapgin.com, with a photo of the product and packaging. In this case, we will replace the product or refund you at no cost.

Refunds are made within 14 days, after the returned product has been received and checked, using the same means of payment as the purchase (credit card or PayPal). In all other cases, the customer must provide their IBAN for reimbursement.

Gift Cards cannot be refunded once they have been used.

Legal guarantee

All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in Decree-Law no. 84/2021 of 18 October. If a product is defective, please contact us at info@greenleapgin.com.

Shipping costs

Delivery charges vary according to weight, value and destination, are based on the total cost of your order and are shown at the end of the order and before the products are paid for.

Geographical restrictions for international shipping: all non-European Union countries, and the finalisation of orders is subject to confirmation of shipping costs, duties, taxes and other obligations.

CR Distillery is not responsible for restrictions on the entry of products with customs limitations in the customs territories of non-EU countries.

Mainland Portugal: orders are prepared in 1-2 working days and delivered in 1-3 working days (standard shipping). Shipping is free for orders of 60 euros or more and up to 6 bottles. For orders under 60 euros, the shipping cost is 6.80 euros. For orders of more than 6 bottles, please contact us at info@greenleapgin.com to arrange the shipping.

Madeira and the Azores: shipping is free for purchases over 150 euros (shipping in 3-4 working days) and for up to 6 bottles. For purchases under 150 euros, the shipping cost is 40 euros (shipping in 3-5 working days). For orders of more than 6 bottles, please contact us at info@greenleapgin.com to arrange the shipping.

For countries within Zone 1 of the European Union (Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, France, Italy, Luxembourg and Netherlands) shipping is free for purchases over 150 euros and for up to 6 bottles (normal shipping in 3-7 working days and express shipping in 1-3 working days). For purchases under 150 euros, the shipping cost is 20 euros for normal shipping (3-7 working days) and 60 euros for express shipping (1-3 working days). For orders of more than 6 bottles, please contact us at info@greenleapgin.com to arrange the shipping.

For countries within Zone 2 of the European Union (Denmark, Bulgaria, Czechia, Cyprus, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden) shipping is free for purchases over 150 euros and for up to 6 bottles (normal shipping in 5-9 working days and express shipping in 1-4 working days). For purchases under 150 euros, the shipping cost is 25 euros for normal shipping (5-9 working days) and 80 euros for express shipping (1-4 working days). For orders of more than 6 bottles, please contact us at info@greenleapgin.com to arrange the shipping.

For the UK, shipping is free for purchases over 150 euros and for up to 6 bottles. For purchases under 150 euros, the shipping cost is 80 euros. For orders of more than 6 bottles, please contact us at info@greenleapgin.com to arrange the shipping.

Orders to the UK are prepared within 1-2 working days and then take 8-15 working days in transit, for a total delivery time of 9-17 working days.

For orders shipping outside Europe, please contact us to arrange the shipping. Orders outside the European Union may be chosen at random for customs verification. The cost of import is always the customer’s responsibility.

We may cancel orders if any information is incorrect (even after you have submitted your order).

Any costs associated with transport, customs clearance or customs retention are the sole responsibility of the customer, and there will be no compensation and/or refunds of any kind.

Taxes

All duties and taxes associated with the products and transport are included in the final amount payable. Excluded from this calculation are customs duties or taxes payable in countries outside the EU.

Payment methods

To pay for your order you can choose one of the following online payment methods: MB WAY, debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, PayPal, Multibanco and PIX.

MB WAY and Multibanco are only available for delivery addresses in Portugal. PIX is available for customers with a Brazilian bank account. The payment methods shown at checkout may vary depending on your country and device.
