By using our website, you agree and accept to comply with the terms and conditions, including the policies referenced herein.

This website is managed by CR Distillery which offers, including all information, tools and services available to the user, subject to your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices mentioned herein.

Age limit

By agreeing to the terms and conditions, you declare that you are over the minimum legal drinking age in your country of residence. It is prohibited and illegal to purchase alcoholic beverages if the minimum legal drinking age in your country is lower than the legal drinking age. Greenleap Gin is a licensed product and when you enter our website, you must confirm that you are over the minimum legal drinking age. If this is not the case and you are underage, you should leave this page immediately.

General conditions

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any part of our service, use of the service or access to the service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without our express written permission.

The content of the Greenleap Gin website is its intellectual property and may not be copied or reproduced.

Price and price change

Prices are quoted in Euros including VAT at the legal rate in force.

The prices of our products are subject to change without prior notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the product (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

Products

Our products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Product descriptions are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

CR Distillery reserves the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Account information and invoicing

You agree to provide up-to-date and complete information to make your purchase from our online shop, including your e-mail address, credit card number and expiry date, in order to complete your transaction.

Misuse

The contents available on this website, such as texts, images, photographic images, videos and other information, are the property of the Greenleap trademark.

The publication, manipulation, distribution and/or reproduction, in any format, of the contents, or copies thereof, available on the site, for professional or commercial use is not permitted.

All links back to the Greenleap Gin website and using the framing or in-Line linking technique are formally prohibited.

Personal information

The sending of personal information via the online shop is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Applicable law

The terms and conditions or any agreement made shall be governed by and construed in accordance with current Portuguese law.

Shipping, Transport and Returns

Processing

We will do our utmost to dispatch orders within 24 working hours of validating the purchase. In some exceptional cases (out of stock, incomplete contact details, incorrect address), it may take up to 7 working days for them to be dispatched.

We guarantee delivery only to the address provided. The details on the invoice are the sole responsibility of the User.

If the parcel is not received, in the case of an absent recipient, incorrect address and/or impossibility of contact, there may be a second attempt at delivery and/or telephone contact – without this being a mandatory condition on the part of the carrier.

Delivery time

Orders are delivered within 3-15 working days, depending on the destination. However, delays may occur due to weather conditions, transport, product availability or festive periods, public holidays or other events.

Guarantees and return policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it, ask for a replacement or a refund, in accordance with Decree-Law no. 24/2014 of 14 February. To do so, you must notify CR Distillery of your decision to cancel the contract by sending a letter to info@greenleapgin.com).

The buyer may return their order within 5 days of receiving it, under the terms of Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of 14 February, provided that the items are in perfect condition, as received.

The products must be properly packaged in the original box and with the protections sent in order to guarantee the safety of the shipment.

CR Distillery reserves the right not to accept the return of items that are not in the same condition as those received and/or there is no proof (e.g. photo) to justify the observation that they are not in a condition fit for consumption. Packaging that has been tampered with or damaged, including during return transport, will not be accepted.

The refund will be made, after checking that the product is in good condition, by the same means of payment, in the case of payments by Credit Card or PayPal. In all other cases, the consumer must provide their IBAN for reimbursement. In the event of cancellation/return, it is the consumer’s sole responsibility to bear the cost of returning the product(s).

Shipping costs

Delivery charges vary according to weight, value and destination, are based on the total cost of your order and are shown at the end of the order and before the products are paid for.

Geographical restrictions for national deliveries: Madeira and the Azores.

Geographical restrictions for international shipping: all non-European Union countries, and the finalisation of orders is subject to confirmation of shipping costs, duties, taxes and other obligations.

CR Distillery is not responsible for restrictions on the entry of products with customs limitations in the customs territories of non-EU countries.

Mainland Portugal: shipping is free for orders over 50 euros and for up to 6 bottles. For purchases of less than 50 euros, the shipping cost is 8 euros for standard shipping (1-3 working days) and 20 euros for express shipping (1 working day). For orders above 6 bottles, the shipping cost for standard shipping (1-3 working days) is 50€

Portuguese Islands: shipping is free for purchases over 150 euros (shipping in 3-4 working days) and for up to 6 bottles. For purchases under 150 euros, the shipping cost is 40 euros (shipping in 3-5 working days). For orders above 6 bottles, please contact us to arrange the shipping.

For countries within Zone 1 of the European Union (Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, France, Italy, Luxembourg and Netherlands) shipping is free for purchases over 150 euros and for up to 6 bottles (normal shipping in 3-7 working days and express shipping in 1-3 working days). For purchases under 150 euros, the shipping cost is 20 euros for normal shipping (3-7 working days) and 60 euros for express shipping (1-3 working days). For orders above 6 bottles, the shipping cost is 40 euros for normal shipping (3-7 working days).

For countries within Zone 2 of the European Union (Denmark, Bulgaria, Czechia, Cyprus, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden) shipping is free for purchases over 150 euros and for up to 6 bottles (normal shipping in 5-9 working days and express shipping in 1-4 working days). For purchases under 150 euros, the shipping cost is 25 euros for normal shipping (5-9 working days) and 80 euros for express shipping (1-4 working days). For orders above 6 bottles, the shipping cost is 40 euros for normal shipping (5-9 working days).

For the UK, shipping is free for purchases over 150 euros and for up to 6 bottles (shipping in 1-2 working days). For purchases under 150 euros, the shipping cost is 80 euros for normal shipping (1-2 working days). For orders above 6 bottles, the shipping cost is 150 euros for normal shipping (1-2 working days).

Delivery times for shipments to the UK vary between 8 and 15 working days.

For orders shipping outside Europe, please contact us to arrange the shipping. Orders outside the European Union may be selected at random for customs verification. The cost of import is always the customer’s responsibility.

We may cancel orders if any information is incorrect (even after you have submitted your order).

Any costs associated with transport, customs clearance or customs retention are the sole responsibility of the customer, and there will be no compensation and/or refunds of any kind.

Taxes

All duties and taxes associated with the products and transport are included in the final amount payable. Excluded from this calculation are customs duties or taxes payable in countries outside the EU.

To pay for your order you can choose one of the following online payment methods: Multibanco, MBway, Payshop, Bank Cards (debit and credit), PayPal, Apple pay and Google pay.
